BlackBerry support program at mobile carriers’ stores

 

Integrated BlackBerry support program at mobile carriers’ stores included informational and educational events, incentive programs, demo days, POSM placement and other activities.

The program solved the task of store personnel familiarizing with BlackBerry products in conditions of high personal turnover. For more than two years, the team of BlackBerry field representatives conducted trainings on BlackBerry products and services for store staff in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Besides store staff trainings BlackBerry representatives held smartphones demonstrations for visitors.
